Happening Monday, October 27 - Wednesday, October 29 at Town Stage at Trilith in Fayetteville, GA. We will begin at 1 pm ET on Monday, October 27 at the Town Stage at Trilith. And will conclude our time on Wednesday, October 29 at noon.

MEALS:
Tuesday lunch is provided for you. Your lunch restaurant assignment is included on the attendee list. You have been invited to and assigned a specific lunch location for Tuesday lunch- this is also included next to your name on the attendee list. Please note: this Lunch will start at 12:30 pm on Tuesday in the designated restaurant/location. Please attend the lunch you are assigned.
And we are planning a “Family Dinner” with everyone on Tuesday night, October 28, so plan accordingly. And we will have a great taco bar available on Monday evening so plan to enjoy happy hour and tacos at 5 pm and meet new friends!
For breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday – we are NOT doing a sit down breakfast - we will have Specialty Coffee (provided by Generous Coffee and Convoy of Hope) on both mornings. And i think some Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits on Tuesday morning, along with a limited assortment of bagels, muffins and breakfast bars available on a limited basis- but figured many of you will be sleeping in. So if you want a full service sit down breakfast- that’s on your own. Hit the breakfast bar at your hotel!
DRINKS - coffee is available throughout the gathering, thanks to Convoy of Hope in partnership with Generous Coffee. And specialty made to order coffee drinks from 8 am - 10 am both Tuesday and Wednesday morning. We will sodas, lacroix, and water available throughout the Gathering. And wine and assorted drinks available for Happy Hour and connect times on Monday and Tuesday evening.
CHICK-FIL-A Experience - happening Monday morning October 27. This is full. For those registered to be part, please be to the Chick-fil-A corporate office at 5200 Buffington Road by 8 am. If any issues at the security gate, let them know you are a guest of Matt Turvey. Matt’s number is 404.307.0328. You will need to present your ID at the gate and then park in Guest Parking. Family Reunion Gathering- an under the radar invite only private leadership gathering with some of the most influential leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, corporte execs, best-selling authors, thought leaders, and pastors in America, including 450 men and women from around the US and a few international countries.
Why are we gathering? Because our circle of friends needs to gather. To fight for friendship, connect with the broader circle of friends from around the country, and focus on finishing the race well. Strategically want to help leaders connect, be encouraged, inspired, and on point in their calling. Plus share, discuss, and learn from each other.

What is this? An invite only gathering of high capacity leaders and friends from around the US.

Can i bring my spouse? Absolutely! You were given the option of adding their name to the google registration form.
Can i bring my kids? We are not providing childcare, so please leave the kids at home!
Will there be coffee, drinks and snacks available? Absolutely. Unlimited coffee, drinks and snacks. Coffee provided by Convoy of Hope in partnership with Generous Coffee. And specialty made to order coffee drinks from 8 am - 10 am both Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Where do I park? Parking - parking is available on site at the Town Stage at Trilith in the Town Stage Parking lot or across the street in the general Trilith parking lot.
Dress is business casual. Like you normally dress. Be as formal, hipster or casual as you want. And looks like weather will be in 60’s for highs and low 50’s for lows. With chance of rain.
Can/should I post on social media during the Gathering? Please use discretion. This is a private, off the record, under the radar gathering so in general, we ask that you not share specific content or summaries of discussions and conversations that happen. We want this to be a safe “social media free” environment. Moreover- I would prefer you not share about Family Reunion, Young Guns or me (Brad). There are lots of people that are not attending but would like to be…. You get my point. But feel free to post about Trilith and the Studio, Trilith community, Passion City Church and the overall Trilith experience.
Should i get a rental car or use Uber/Lyft? Up to you. Town Stage at Trilith is about a 20 minute drive south from the Atlanta airport (south so not through traffic or downtown). Once at Trilith- everything is in walking distance, so depends on your preference with travel from your hotel or distance from wherever you’re staying to Trilith.
Speakers - this is not a speaker/content driven conference. This gathering is more about connection, discussion and conversation. The entire group attending could be one of our speakers! We will have lots of discussions, conversation, interviews and interaction.

Registration - you will be provided a name button upon your arrival to the Town Stage at Trilith. Because this is a private and invite only event, your registration is not transferable to someone else.
Venue - Town Stage at Trilith, also serves as the Trilith location for Passion City Church.
As you look through the overall attendee list- if you see someone you want to connect with, please plan to connect with them. That’s the ultimate goal of this Gathering- connection, conversation and friendship.
Remember- this is a different kind of Gathering- not a “Conference” with a bunch of speakers. The goal is new friendships, connections, God moments, and inspiration from your peers.
