5 Short but powerful Statements for Leaders

in leadership,Leadership Rules. 4 Comments

Needed statements from leaders. Hard to say, but very powerful.

1. Thank you.

2. I’m sorry.

3. That was My fault.

4. I trust you.

5. Great job.

These seem simple enough. But I know for me, sometimes these can be the hardest statements to actually articulate.

Put these into practice this week. I’m trying my best to.

  1. Tracy says:

Bravo, Brad. I’m believing that you will utter all these this week.
Remember the words of that great teacher Yoda
‘there is no try, you do, or you do not’ :)

  2. ThatGuyKC says:

Amen. 5 powerful statements for dads, moms, teachers, pastors, etc.

Great stuff, Brad. Keep up the good work.

  3. Jason Vana says:

I trust you isn’t easy for me to say, but I find great job to be fairly easily. I am by nature and encourager, so telling people they did something great is easy. Trusting them to do something great before it happens…that’s hard for me.

  4. Dr. Reggie Ogea says:

I would suggest “I apologize” in place of “I’m sorry.” “Apologize” is a more disarming word that “sorry.”
