I would say the Natural would be in the tie with Rudy and Hoosiers.
And Matrix is no where close to ET...But I would say Avatar is a VERY close second!
And with Comedy...that is always a tough one...but Caddyshack is a GREAT pick...maybe History of the World Part I

I know I will probably get a beating for this one but I HATED Rudy. I just thought he was well...pathetic. I know it's terrible and I am heartless and I obviously didn't get the movie but he invested so much time and energy for 1 college football play???

Yeah, I have trouble with favorites because they're too difficult for me to choose. BUT...

I'd definitely go Matrix over E.T., Bourne over Indiana Jones (only the first one could compete with the Bourne series), and Happy Gilmore over Caddyshack (though comedies are especially difficult for me because of the different styles... how can we leave out the Monty Python stuff?).

I agree with most of these. I think I"m going to have to agree with Mike on Sci-Fi, I loved E.T. but the Matrix I think might just top it. I've never seen Band of Brothers or Lonesome Dove so I have no opinion there but I think you're on point with the others :)
