I&#039;m reminded of Roman soldiers in formation. Each had a specific job, and part of that job was to guard the blind spot of the soldier next to them. That&#039;s how the body of Christ should be functioning. Not that we give up the responsibility of our blind spots to others, but that we trust them that they&#039;re looking out for us... and take responsibility to look out for them.

Great post. It&#039;s sparked some ideas for me.
