		<description>I like the idea that leaders must be courageous followed by humble. That&#039;s such a difficult combo to find. When leader&#039;s courageous, he often gets cocky... or even if he&#039;s not, he can seem that way. On the other hand, if leader&#039;s humble, he often lacks initiative and resolve to step out in front and say, &quot;This is what&#039;s right - this is what we&#039;re going to do.&quot;

This balance is what sets mediocre leaders apart from remarkable leaders. Still, sometimes the scariest thing to do is be humble, and the humblest thing to do is put yourself on the line.
