		<description>I agree 100%. Ideas are a dime a dozen. It&#039;s the person with the ability to make ideas into reality that is most valuable. I&#039;ve never really liked &quot;consultants&quot; for this reason. Some consultants play a great role but there are often too many of them trying to point out the WHY versus the HOW. I think most of us know WHAT we need to do, it&#039;s just having the know-how, the ingenuity and the persistence to make it happen that we need more of.</description>
