I agree 100%. Ideas are a dime a dozen. It’s the person with the ability to make ideas into reality that is most valuable. I’ve never really liked “consultants” for this reason. Some consultants play a great role but there are often too many of them trying to point out the WHY versus the HOW. I think most of us know WHAT we need to do, it’s just having the know-how, the ingenuity and the persistence to make it happen that we need more of.

Great post Brad! There is no doubt that everyone on the team would look at you as the best at this. This is probably why we work so good together.
