		<description>I would add that none of them would be there without incredible offensive lines that allow them the time to do what they do best.  Like all great leaders, their character  and talent inspire those around them to perform at their highest levels which, in turn, allows the leader to perform likewise.
No great leader achieves greatness without a team in the trenches to hold off and remove the &quot;obstacles&quot; that can interfere with the delivery of that leader&#039;s talents and gifts...in the end everyone on the team performs at a level even they didn&#039;t think was possible and the success is shared and enjoyed by all who made it happen.
I hope you agree.</description>
