to me, i think this is part of our problem. people make decisions any more on what is perceived as popular versus what is needed.

truth and integrity is being subtly replaced by self preservation. it&#039;s sad.</description>

		<description>Brad, great post!  I completely agree.  Team leadership is a great thing and personal responsibility is even greater, but there will always be a need for someone that has enough guts to take a stand and show leadership.</description>
