		<description>Excellent! Especially #2. Ideas have to be given with an open hand. Sometimes the idea that won&#039;t work is just the thing that prompts the right one or clarifies what you don&#039;t want to have happen. And I think that&#039;s enormously important. Plus, I would much rather someone tell me &quot;no, that&#039;s not the direction we were thinking&quot; and set me on a productive path than say, &quot;yeah, thanks. We&#039;ll put that in the hopper&quot;. Eww.
